It disheartens me to have to write a post about this, given the depth of hard work and legitimacy for which we strive. However, it has come to my attention that the #1 reason why customers pass us up is worry that we might be a scam. And who could blame them? We do ask for money, and there is no guarantee of a result; just like any internet merchant, you can't know for sure if they will ship the correct item or even ship anything to you at all.
It's a tricky business the internet... on the flip side if we accepted payment post finishing work, we too have no guarantee of your payment to us.
So you may ask: How can we trust you? How are your prices lower than your competitors? And what safeguards do we have?
